I'm getting a new pc soon, but I need a temporaly Pc till then for arround 450$

 

How is this pc?

 

Will it be able to run games like Left 4 dead 2, minecraft and Team Fortress 2 on medium setting? maybe high? on a 1080p screen?

I would recommend starting out with 4GB of RAM and maybe step up to an A8-6600K or an Athlon x4 750K.

Yes absolutely! I've run BF4 on 4GB of RAM with no issues at all. Surely sometime in the next year or two you'll want to upgrade to 8GB but for right now I think it would be best to sacrifice some extra RAM for a quad-core.
