Thinking about a new computer or?

Hi, 

 

Currently I have a HP PAvillion a6302fc PC that is getting pretty old. Before I had a amd graphics card installed but I cant remember what the exact name was. 

My question is, should I just get a some new parts and install it in the case I already have? Or should I just buy all new parts and build one? 

All I really want to do is play standard games like LoL, minecraft and also be able to render some videos on Sony Vegas Pro.
