I've asked this before but I wasn't satisfied with the answers before unfortunately.
I am a gamer and I love youtube which is basically all I use Pc's for except for also social media.

I have a $700 budget with monitor included in the budget along with keyboard/mouse.
I am a Hardcore gamer not a casual by the way and I am a gaming enthusiast.
Also NO APUS I want a dedicated graphics card with at least 2gb of GDRR5 RAM.

there are some options around a 700 dollar build, get a g3258 and a good gpu and oc the cpu to minimize the bottlenecking between the gpu and cpu for now and upgrade to a i5 4690k later, or get a 6300 and a good gpu, or a get a 760k and a r9 280 or r9 280x.
