the asrock board is solid and is easy to manage while being like 40$ cheaper so you can save yourself/your friend a little money. and you don't need 650w or gold for something that will pull around 150-200w max probably.

you can overclock on h97 boards so you can save yourself a little money. and you don't need 650w or gold for something that will pull around 150-200w max probably.

edit realized you need wifi xD stupid me. just the powerspply is changed then.

4.2ghz/4.5ghz depending on teh chip but I edited it. 

I'm running pretty much the same setting so yeah it's pretty good.

Seriously a great, compact, super featured mini-ITX case.

 

My only little question: Does he really need the optical drive? Personally, I'd opt out and mount an HDD up there for more storage :)
