Connecting Tablet to PC

Hi all,

i have a problem where i want to use my android tablet to draw on my PC in photoshop with, like a graphic tablet, i know its not as good as a proper graphic tablet, and i will eventualy get a proper one, but for now, what could i use to turn my tablet into a graphic tablet in photoshop, i have been using splashtop streamer, but that forces you to use wifi to connect, so the stream quality isnt always the best and there is a bit of lag from it going throw the network, is there any low latency methods to use, or is splashtop the best you can get before getting a graphic tablet.
