C.O.D amount missing from label?

So I ordered form some things from the U.S. (I live in Canada) they shipped with UPS. It was supposed to arrive by the end of yesterday but it didn't so I checked the tracking and it said "C.O.D amount missing from label". What does this mean?

That the C.O.D amount is missing from the label.
