Haswell refresh runs pretty cool since the new thermal design on the die and heat spreader. My i5 3570k is running these temps and and its fine so having that i7 run that cool is good

Uh wait why are you in the sensor movement test? That's not temperature you're reading. 

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.

 can you show me the temps when your cpu is at 100%???

 

 

Edit: your sensors should be close to each other and the Core0 looks too low compared to the others but I still need temps to see how close they are together
