PC components not starting

Hi, today my computer completely shutdown and will not come back on. I was playing a game and a burning smell was coming from round about my pc area, so I went to investigate and my pc shutdown suddenly, at first I thought the power had triped but soon realized that it had not and tryed to power it back up but nothing. I took it down to an anti static worktop and opened the pc case up looking for burn marks but nothing. I also noticed a green led so I rulled out thst the psu was broken.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know asap.

Definetly start with the power supply as said, although it may have taken other components with it.

Well which PSU is it? - Sometimes these things happen, even on good quality PSUs
