Why not a Z97 board?

280's in CF might provide decent max fps, however they really dip low when it comes to minimum fps. I'd seriously consider a 290, especially if you're playing at 1080p.

Do you really need an optical drive? They're rather useless.

@cj2tech,

As you will see below, your wish list is a bit over budget. I have made some changes. A single R9 290 gpu, for example. It will provide the performance you are looking for and be much less troublesome. The psu is large enough to take a second one should you ever feel the need.

i use cd and dvd on a daily bases so yes. they are not useless they are cheap and disposable way to distribute data. i use them with all my clients and they double as a great bushiness card/advert with the help of a cd laser etcher. the build posted above is just a  my take on a build my friend used and i just pick that board because it is cheap and reliable it was just the first to pop of my head really. i not looking to do that build exactly if you know a better build please feel free to suggest. i just looking to get the max fps for around 1000

See, that's the thing. What monitor are you using? If it's limited to 60hz...then you only need to hit 60fps consistently.

You should focus on the lowest fps, as that's what you'll actually notice, and it is directly related to performance loss. It's not all about max fps.
