can you please help me with a software problem

hi guys before i say anything wrong please understand that english is not my native language so i will probably make a lot of mistakes... 

 

The problem that i am having is that my pc sometimes alt tabs by him self especially when i am playing games or using programs who use full screen  first  i thought i was presing the windows key so i locked the key (because i have a k95  keyboard ) but it turned out this wasnt the case so is there anyone who had the same problem and how do you fixed it .

I had this problem, and it was the Origin pop-up, the one that says "#### Is now online".

I stopped by itself after a while, so i don't know what you could do.

thanks but i dont have origin in my pc so i dont htink thats it
