I downloaded bukkit and i cant op myself i type the name in the op and permissions file and im still not op, i tried aroud 7 time too. I would use forge but i cant find a voxelsniper for forge.

launch the jar file with a .bat, something like this " java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar bukkit.jar nogui " and that will bring up a cmd window 

 

the xms and the xmx specify the ram, then the nogui opens the cmd window

 

just save a text file as something like run.bat
