Need help installing Plugin for Ubuntu

I have Ubuntu Duel booting with windows 7 and its great, but i cant install Chrome from the software store thing (Whatever its called) and i cant install adobe flash player. I used Ubuntu Windows installer on a system partition of 25 GB and installed the 7 GB version.

 

(64 bit BTW)
