USB 3.0 PCI-E card

I ran out of USB 3 ports and am currently having to run my USB 3 drive off of USB 2.0... which isn't acceptable. 

 

So, I need a USB 3.0 PCI-E card. I wouldn't mind having to connect external power, but I would like to stay away from that if possible.

 

Also, I do have an empty USB 3 header on my motherbord, so if  you have any alternative solutions...
