Slow internet if NAT is enabled

Hey there! :)

So I'm having this problem and is driving me insane. Here's the situation:

I have a 12 Mb connection. When I enable NAT, my download speed on Zippyshare is 50 kB/s, but if I disable NAT speed goes to 1500 kB/s which is the way that should always work. Also, it only happens during the day (like from 6 AM to 00 PM), during the night the speed is normal.

This happens in a few pages only, but I mentioned Zippyshare because I use it a lot.

I've contacted my ISP several times and they always say that everything's working fine because the speedtests are ok (Obiously because it only happens in a few pages).

One time I wasn't able to access an specific website and when I contacted my ISP they solved it and this problem solved too. But now it returned and it has been a week since the problem started
