Upgrades to my rig

my exams are ending soon, i have some plans to upgrade my rig

1) cooling my r9 290

There are 3 routes that i am aware of. Which are

:kraken G10+vrm heatsink+h75 or h90

:HG10 + H75

:accelero hybrid 2

So which of these choices would you pick? And no, i won't spend $1000 to cool my system

2) recommend me a good monitor 1440p? Or should i get a TN 4k panel? Well, if so, I'll need to get another 290.. Which will be a problem since i have a matx mobo and most of the gpu cooling measures needs more than 2 slots. Selling my ref is not an option bought it at $530 SGD and its now selling at $399..

3) improving the looks of my system. Not much problems here, would just need advice to paint my red ripjaws rams or sell it and get a matching colour sticks?
