RAM for M5A97X

Right now I am using 8gbx1 of Corsair Vengeance and feel like upgrading my RAM for better speed.

 

-What would be the best choice and why?

-How much speed, approximately, would my system increase? i.e 25% 35% (Because I read somewhere that having 4gbx2 would give me 25% increase in systeme performance)

-Any specific product that you would suggest? ca.pcpartpicker.com

 

a. 4x4 = 16gb

b. 8x2 = 16gb

c. 4x2 = 8gb.

RAM: 8gb x 1 Corsair vengeance

Video Card: XFX R9 270X 

CPU: FX 8320 

SSD: Samsung 840 Evo
