Apple TV not changing time

My dad has a problem with Apple TV (which is jailbroken), but this won't be changed anyways and it has always worked before. He resetted the device and after that Aplle Tv couldn't change the time anymore and therefore (Not sure if this is related) it couldn't load apps such as youtube, browser, ...

I'm making clear that this is in no way a network problem.

Anyone knows what might be the problem here?
