Jittering?

So I built my computer Wednesday, and everything was working fine. But later on in the night when I was gaming it started jittering, like it was freezing every second or something, and the audio also screwed up. This kept happening till I restarted the computer, then everything was good again. However it's been happening at least once a day since. It's happened whilst playing BF4, CS:GO, watching streams on twitch, or literally just doing nothing on the desktop...I have absolutely no idea what's causing the problem but if anyone has any ideas I'd be grateful.

PSU: Corsair CS550

CASE: Fractile Design R4 Windowed
