DDR4 can go upto 4000MHz. GDDR7 should be like 24000MHz or something.

gddr5 is RAM speedx4 (so 1250mhz gddr5 is 5000mhz effective)

gddr3 is x2

 

I think that'd be 491GB/s bandwidth :P
