Sound Keeps Breaking While Playing Games

Lately when i game the sound will stop working, my mic stops outputting and the sound bar is stuck midway, the only way to fix it so far has been to close the game, close Razer Comms or Skype, whichever I'm using, and then disable my sound card and re-enable it. It's super annoying when trying to game with friends, does anyone know what the problem could be?

my sound card is a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2

I also have that exact hardware (although I'm not using it at the moment) but I have never experienced such behaviour.

 

Have you got the most recent driver for it? (Not even sure if they even have several drivers or was never updated. LoL. Its been some time)

I checked all the audio device drivers, and my AMD audio device driver updated but I don't see how that'd break my focusrite sound and mic output

Driver conflicts can happen if not all drivers are up to date.

 

Its more of checklist for troubleshooting.

I have recently started to get this monitor,it started when i connected my hdtv as monitor.I think the problem is originating from interference inside the GPU.
