What should i do ?

for the moment i have an I3-3220 and a GT-640 from evga in my system i have a 250$ budget, wich one should u upgrade first ? i play allot of games (battlefield 3 , minecraft) and somethimes some editting what should i upgrade ? my cpu or gpu

I would say the GPU. You could get a GTX 660 or GTX 650ti Boost. In the AMD camp you would be looking at a 7870 or a 7850, both of which are a great value and comes with free games.

I would recommend waiting for the new GPU lines also. I don't usually recommend playing the wait game, but they will be ut so soonn

Get the 660, not the 650 Ti Boost. Linus had gone over how a higher tiered card is just plain better than a boosted lower tier one.
