Hey guys! Im kinda new to this forum,although ive been watching a lot of different stuff on here and there were tonns of intresting things to find :) Great forum! 

So well,being not too long here is a question - Im about to build a new system in a few days,and want to give it a good look,since im going to buy corsair 350d window.Ive got it all assembled in my head besides one crapy problem - Sleeved cables re impossible to find here in Russia.So Ive found some option from NL.I have friend living there,so he can send it to me. -

Its said down there that those cables re compitable with some Corsair PSU'S,but I was planning to get Seasonic fanless.

 

Is this just a marketing trick and those cables will fit on my psu,or it wont work?

It will not work. The Seasonic PSUs have a different pinout.

I wish all these companies would stick to a standard cable set that way they could easily be swapped around :/

(I know thats why they don't do it...but still--It would also be nice if new modular cables didn't cost like the same as a new psu)

Yeah I would love some Bitfenix Alchemy sleeving instead of those hard Corsair ones ... :/
