setting up triple monitors

Hey guys brand new to this forum. Do I need 2 gtx 780's in sli in order to run triple monitors at high framrates and good resolution. or will one gtx 780 cut it. Also if i need to graphics cards then what size power supply do i need. Im new to pc so don't hate on me if this is a stupid question.

I run games at 5760x1080 when I want to and for the most part most are maxed or on high averaging 45-60 FPS minus 10-15 FPS and you have the framerate of the 780.

I imagine one would be good enough but a second would only improve it, a 650-700 watt PSU with an i7, would be fine for 1 780, as for a second 780 750-800 watts is plenty.

Okay thank you guys but do you know if one gtx 780 will give me high frame rates such as 40fps or above with triple monitors on ultra or high settings
