I have a Gigabyte r9 270 and i connect it with dvi to my monitor acer H236HL every time i turn it on i can see everything clearly but when it logs in to windows it starts to flick every fast but when its starting up it dosen't do that. Just on windows 7 it starts to flicker and i can see everything clear, color are fine, just the lighting flicker when i get in to windows but when it starts up it dosent do that. and im like wtf just happend????? It started 10 min ago....

it could be the dvi cable

 

ensure the cable is secure

 

a loose cable connection will cause the flickering

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Have you tried a different monitor?

have you messed with the refresh rate of the monitor ? try right click desktop go screen res then advanced settings then monitor then what screen refresh rate does it say
