File History is a backup of your documents, pictures, music, and videos.

 

Get a USB and go to PC settings and put the file history into the USB or external HDD.

 

Or disable file history in PC settings.

so i am having to do disc clean ups a lot because my main SSD keeps filling up because of user file history why is this such a large file i only empted it about 2 days ago 

 

BTW i couldn't think of a title so that will have to do lol

PC settings > Update and Recovery > File History > Disable or Install into another drive.
