turtlebeach Xray with PC?

hey guys! i have a turtlebeach Xray headset that is made to be used as a headset for Xbox or Ps3 but i would like to use it as a headset on my PC. Mainly as a mic but sound would be appreciated too. i have a bluetooth dongle and i was wondering it its possible, i already have the headset connected to my pc but i donot know to to use it because the headset has no function even though it is connected. any ideas?

(ps; i got this for 100$ on amazon so dont hate! :)
