That's the power consumption of the whole system.  Like I said the 780 can't draw more than 300W on it's own.

860w will be fine. I put a more powerful rig using an SBE chip and Titans's SLI'd in a good calculator and got 752w.

I'd say to ensure your PSU will be enough if you decide to make SLI's, get the AX1200i
