First of all thank u for ur time

ok so last month my pc started restarting randomly and 2 days later my psu died ..

so i rma -  ed it as it was in warranty they gave me a new one

so it haven't been even a month yet and my pc has the same issue again it restarts randomly

so my question is  ~ why is psu gone  bad again  ?

ill check the psu voltages with multimeter :l as soon as i get one  though when i got it .. it had 4+ voltages on 5v rail

though i did not care much as the old one which  ran for an year had 4v on 5v rail aswell :l

and here are the voltages in aida 64 ~ http://prntscr.com/4hd6yk

and note by restarting i mean it goes direct to bios screen ! just like it did a month ago when my psu died

Well like others have stated, that PSU is bad - I'd suggest RMA that unit and start looking into buying a new PSU

The most common result of insufficient wattage is a paperweight that looks like a PC

Although it could be something else as well, try running your system without the OC and see if it still happens
