Been browsing youtube watching people talking about Monitors and FPS, In the comments I find the following

 

"Your Eyes can only see 60FPS!"

 

I really find this annoying can't people just use there brains a-bit. Ugh...

Anyone else find this really annoying?

Indeed, we don't see in frames per second. We see via light entering our eyes.
