RivaTuner 6.1.2 not working properly

Sorry admins not sure exactly where to put this so I'l just hope for the best.

I just updated RivaTuner so I could use it in 64bit programs however while its active, it doesnt display anything other then just the FPS, I need to see the GPU usage and have it set in EVGA precision X to do so but it doesnt display it, also I just tried using it on BF4 for the first time and for some reason it completely killed my frame rate.
