The parents of my friend are looking to buy a new PC. They were thinking of  buying a pre-built from the store but I offered to build it myself, any recommendations for parts in the build? Nothing flashy, should be silent and restrained. No need to add monitor, keyboard, and mouse into the build. It will be used mainly for gaming, no k series intel cpu's, as my friend doesn't overclock.

A little over but if you wanted to get it right on that $800 mark you could swap out the PSU for something cheaper like the CX series
