Need help finding a case!

Go to solution Solved by Guest,

OKAY GUYS - I've come to the conclusion that if I want, what I want, which I do, then I have to raise the budget. I've had great help from here and the LinusTechTips channel on YT, did a lot of searching and this is my conclusion:

The 400R, the NZXT Phantom 410 and the Enthoo Pro are all more or less the SAME price in Denmark - And they are the 3 of which I have to choose.

I am very stoked about the design of the Phantom 410, looks awesome and well, I really like the looks of it and it's features. It looks clean and awesome (As a guy who loves design, Draws and paints a lot and find joy in great looking stuff, this is more or less forplay for me).

The LTT Video on YT about the Enthoo Pro looks great, though I did not like the fact that the window seems scratched at arrival (Have anyone else had the same problem, or was this just a single case flaw??(And of course I can buy without the window)). But a lot of you guys seem to prefer this case to any other at this price range, and that has made me aware and interested in it as well.

The 400R seems a bit too... I don't know, but to me it looks like what I wanted to avoid with most pc cases, getting the "Modded" look, so it's a bit of a "turn off" for me.

BUT in the end, I want value for the money, quality and that it works great. So I guess ATM it's inbetween the Phantom and the Enthoo in a final standoff.

What do you guys recommend? Why? and why not the latter? Pro's Con's? I appreciate all the help you've  provided so far.

They are both good cases, so if you prefer the Phantom then it isn't a bad choice. If you look at the reviews for both cases from the same website, they both score very well.

What is your budget in Danish Krone ?

Well, the start budget would be 500-600 DKK - Most of those suggestions is 800-950 DKK(Obsidian 450D is 830 DKK) (There's a 25% import tax so prices in EU are more expensive than in US) - And the Corsair 230T, 300R and 400R are all within the budget, but they seem to be tight on space for H100i, making things a bit hard to install, either i gotta drill holes to make everything fit, even though it's still snug - But online post and pics shows various problems: Fans or radiator obscuring RAM (Gotta either cut in some places on the facs/case to make it fit AND be able to change RAM and so on), I'm not that fond of it being too tight, but as I've come to see, within my budget, it's hard to achieve what I wanted, therefore I'm leaning towards the Phantom 410 (aprox 700 DKK) as it offers everything I want, though a bit higher on the price, BUT still cheaper than others at 800-1000 DKK to achieve the same thing, ONLY due to the top detachable part makes it viable to install everything and still have a clean look. So yeah... It's hard to choose and get a cheap case in DK for this budget...

Enthoo pro

I was just going off pcpartpicker  ;) The 450D is a good case. I would still take the Phanteks though  :)

The 410 is alot of (cheap) plastic. Some don't care, I do.
