Any functional Windows ultrabooks?

I've been searching for a windows ultrabook for quite some time, but it seems that all of the devices I find have major flaws that make it impossible to buy. I see the 'beware' reviews on almost every device I find.

I'm mainly looking for an ultrabook in the $900-1000 range with a high build quality. I also would like to pull of some moderate gaming if possible. So far, the Lenevo Yoga 2 pro seems to be the only device that has good reviews. However, I am open to suggestions and would definitely appreciate any help.
