So I go to button manager, click my buttons I want to change, and comes up with a drop-down menu of a number of games. I want to add BF4 to that list, how? And after that, how do I add macros?

Roccat made a bad decision picking that name for their product.

You don't need to add BF4 to that list to use macros on it. Those games are most "common" ones with premade macros. If you want to use certain profile with game, click edit profile and select game .exe you want it to be linked. As for making and adding macros. Select the first option. That wil open the creation tool. Since you'll be doing new set of macros, select on first box Create new macro set. This you can name for BF4 or anything else as it doesn't matter so much. After you have named set, press New to create macro. After this its like with any other macro creator.
