Newegg says 780? That thing is broken then lol. A CS550M/CX500M from corsair should be enough.

A 600W 80Plus Gold PSU should do nicely (but is overkill) and allow for future upgrades. I myself like the Rosewill Capstone 650M.

But as everyone above me has said, 500W is enough as well.

I'd get a Seasonic in the 750w range if you plan to upgrade down the road. It's expensive yes, but they're good psu's and you wont have to waste more money buying another psu if you upgrade to sli/crossfire or anything like that. Which is a good thing because if you pay for one really nice psu now, when you upgrade you'll have more money to spend and get a better card, than if you had to buy a better psu as well.

I believe I was once told you can't fit a Hyper 212 evo in any of the spec cases

Ok I was not sure about the wattage I wanna have one that is high enough for future upgrades. How are you guys figure out the wattages? I mean I could add up all of the specs and get something. I am going to over clock and I am going to crossfire the APU and GPU.

And side note the 212 evolution does fit I already have it in.

I have some of those parts but only for like a week. I have came across a sale and also I have came across some over time so I'm buying the rest of my system. I will look at the brands that are suggested guys. Thanks.

If Newegg said that system would use 780W, it's shamefully broken.

CPU has a 95W TDP, GPU doesn't even have a PCIE connector. I would be surprised if the system reached 200W at full load. Corsair CX430 or CX430M for a budget option, and a little bit more for a Seasonic G 360W

Your system has a modest power draw, that you could even power it on a Seasonic SS-300ET.

Anyways, an inexpensive option may be the Corsair CX430v3, EVGA 500B, Seasonic S12II/M12II 430w Bronze, Antec HCG-400, XFX Core Edition 450w (TS 450w Bronze)

A higher quality option would be the Seasonic G 360w / 450w,  Rosewill Capstone 450w,  Cooler Master V450, etc

The CX and EVGA are inferior to all the options you have listed. I would take anything but those 2.

I'm aware. When I posted I thought the title said he was looking for a "budget PSU" and apparently overlooked the $160 in the OP. I guess I had gotten two threads mixed up during my haste at the time.

Also, considering how he didn't specifically give us a region, I wanted to give him a variety of options to choose from in case the availability/pricing of what I had recommended is poor. Like for example, I could find the Seasonic G 360w on a New Zealand's price aggregator.

Anyways, seeing how his budget is $160, I would go with the any of the budget oriented PSU that I had listed in the inexpensive option. The Seasonic G/S12G (Antec TP-C, XFX XTR/TS) , Cooler Master VSM, Rosewill Capstone (SF Golden Green), etc. would be a better option for his system
