[Question]Expected Flag Ship Release Dates?

Put simply, my Galaxy S3 is slowly dying, getting worse and worse by the day. I'm making it last and work, but the sooner the better. I've been keeping up with news and announcements to some extent. So when should we expect the announcement of the iPhone 6 (Small & Large)? Release Date / Purchase Date? (From the phone companies themselves)

New Moto X might also be coming. some announcement is planned for sept 4. Probably new Moto G and X
