Help Linus with WP

So Linus said he was struggling with WP on the WAN Show, that some 1st party apps like Instagram Beta are crap ( they are). So I thought why not help him if we can. Maybe he will find any app that it will be useful to him.

I will start and I hope some other WP users will also add their popular apps to the list

So first, 6tag, the Instagram client that is actually nice. I like it much more than real Instagram.

Than there is MetroMail, Mail client seems better than built in one. It has 30 day free trail.

Youtube client Metro Tube, trail is unlimited but it comes with adds.

So this is it from me, Hangouts it's unfortunately no-go here (as far as I know) so you will have to live without it during the test period.

Or he can just use iPhone or Android which are both well established and way better instead of fudging around with apps like Metro Tube.

Look, he said he will do the review and that means he will have to use it for some time, I just want to help him to live with it for that period. If he doesn't like it than ok, his decision.

Btw. I like Metro Tube more than official YouTube on Android(have both platforms).

Vine: 6sec

Snapchat: 6snap

Instagram: 6tag

Wikipedia: Wikipedia (made by Rudy Huyn)

Dropbox: CloudSix for Dropbox

Really most anything made by Rudy Huyn

Share to multiple social media (Go into your me tile. Click on settings then get apps): MultiShare or UniShare (use me tile to update and check on facebook and twitter)

Youtube app: myTube (which is getting updated soon as well. There is a beta going on) or MetroTube

For Files management: Files (by Microsoft)

Maps apps: I would suggest 3 1. Bing maps 2. Here maps 3. gMaps(made by DreamTeam-Mobile. google maps alternative) Here and Bing maps use maps that are already installed on your phone but not sure if the gmaps does.

Navigation app: Here Drive (has been my favorite)

Useful tools for WP: Insider (GREAT for showing batter as a live tile (doesn't update as often as on the icon bar at the top), for pinning a flashlight, and any settings you want to pin. Plus detailed batter graphs and more)
Jack of Tools (Has a Compass, flashlight, level, position (latitude/longitude), sound meter, speedometer, stop watch)

Camera: Try downloading some lenses(camera apps you can quickly get to from a camera app) like Nokia Panorama, Nokia Cinemagraph, Nokia Refocus, Blink, Bing Vision, ShopSavvy or anything you find interesting.
