Coming in under budget leaving room for a better case or an SSD if you might want, if not it's ready to game as is...much better than the FX-6350 build up there:

maybe overclockable and not over 710 at all

For gaming the core i5-4440 is a much better CPU than even an FX-8350...regardless of the clockspeed the core i5 will be much faster and better at playing games than any AMD CPU on the market as of today...the core i5-4440 is clocked at 3.1GHZ and it turbo to  3.3GHZ on it's own and this is plenty fast, for gaming it's still better than an FX-8350@4.6ghz i've tested this myself as i upgraded from the ''8 core'' FX to a core i7 (that i can turn off hyper-threading and operate at lower frequencies) and trust me even a 3ghz intel i5 is much faster than an highly overlcocked FX chip.

If you have some more to spend then maybe look at the i5-4570 or 4670 both will fit this motherboard...but the 4440 will run any games out there at max settings providing you have a good enough GPU.

You should consider upgrading that to a R9 280X or R9 290 if gaming at 1080p is the main purpose for this build.
