Chrome problem help please

For some reason all of a sudden I cannot open a link in a new tab by clicking the middle mouse button anymore. Ctrl+Click works just fine but the middle mouse button doesn't work at all.

 

Edit: No idea how this happened but it's working again.

Yeah, chrome sometimes (rarely ) has its hiccups

usually a pc restart solves it for me

Are you using Ubuntu? I have this happening to me sometimes with Firefox as well.

Are you using Ubuntu? I have this happening to me sometimes with Firefox as well.

No Windows 7. I think it's my mouse though not chrome. Because now that it works it takes a harder button press to get it to work. I will never buy Razer again. The mouse also has another problem but I don't want to get into that now.
