Whenever I start my computer or when my computer loads windows this error always shows up everytime.
anyone know how to fix it?

Conduit is a pretty shitty program, and you'll want to remove it entirely. Use the 'Uninstall a Program' utility on everything by 'Conduit' and remove them as your homepage/default search on all your browsers. Running a Malwarebytes threat scan can't hurt either.
