Windows 8 audio

hello, last week turned on my pc to find that the audio symbol at the bottom right was muted I clicked on it and it directed me to the troubleshooting page it said that the windows audio service was not running. so I surfed the internet for trying everything I have tried checking all the drivers, ive tried checking all the windows audio dependencies then runnin windows audio and an error pops up saying windows could not start the windows audio service on local computer error 193:0xc1

 

Please somebody help im desperate at this point thank you!

It doesn't look like a driver problem, this might help
