Reset the UEFI?

So I just got an Asus Z97-A. I kinda played around it like the AI Suite and stuffs. But now I want my BIOS to be refreshed. Is there a way to do it? Sorry I'm a nube :'(

There is a restore to default in the Bios.

The Exit menu items allow you to load the optimal default values for the BIOS items, and save or discard your changes in the BIOS items. You can access the EZ mode from the Exit menu.

If the system becomes unstable after changing and BIOS setting, load the default settings to ensure system compatibility and stability. Select the Load Optimized Defaults item under the Exit menu or press hotkey F5. See section Exit Menu for more details.

If the system fails to boot after changing any BIOS settings, try to clear the CMOS and reset the motherboard to default value. See section Jumpers for more information on how to erase the RTC RAM.
