Personalisation help

[Guest Console Peasant]

Hi recently i screwed my explorer shortcuts up while clearing up my PC and was wandering how I can fix it. I'm really not a forum guy  but if you could help me add me on steam, ill be on for the next few hours:

My problem is, my favourites/taskbar are not showing my downloads folder, which it used to. screenshots:

in this photo, i dont want the 'eihcal' subfolder and i dont know how to delete it, also, favourite is not showing anything.

just go to downloads or whatever it is right click it and press send to desktop

thats not what i want i want it to be in my start menu/explorer on the left. as seen on the  links
