Intel build vs AMD build

I'm planning a new pc build* and tried experimenting on PC Part Picker. I've done both an AMD and Intel based CPU build and would like to know which one of these builds was better:

If you don't plan on overclocking go with the Intel-based PC.

I would go with the Intel build because I like single core performance.

i'd have to say amd but if you go with intel i recommend getting a nvida card and a gsync monitor those go great and its something amd doesnt have

I would go the intel one, if i was an FX 8350/20 I would lean towards amd.

I'd go AMD build but up CPU to the 8320.

Since the CPU/Mobo is the only difference, I would have to say Intel here.
