I just found out that my PSU died a couple of hours ago. It seems that some lighting broke it yesterday and now i need a new one. Some people told me that the one i had (corsair cx600) isnt a good PSU and that i should get a new one.

I was thinking in buy the same PSU again but i dont know yet.

I have an amd fx4130 and a hd7770 graphic card but i want to upgrade this for: intel i5 3570k and maybe a r9 270x or something similitar or better.

So should i buy the same PSU or get a better one?

Your power supply was fine, if you want to get a different one maybe looking to Antec HCG PSUs or EVGA PSUs, though really it is your choice. Whats you price range? Do you want modular? Black cables? Are reviews good?

Do you think the cx600 will be enough for the rig i wanna build in a couple of months? I really liked the cx600 and never had a problem with it until now, but i dont want to buy the cx600 again and then need to buy a new PSU because my old one cant handle my new rig. Of course if the cx600 can do it without any problem i will buy it.

My price range is in between 60-80$, i dont care if it does have black cables or not and about the modular thing i dont even know what does that mean (really noob about this things).
