Nzxt Phantom Screws

Hey guys! 

 

I have a problem with the chassi. Im going to buy a new side panel with glass or plastic and that means that im going to lose my 200 fan. Because of that I want to put that fan at the top of the case. So I have 2 200mm fan as exhaust.

 

But the problem is that the screws is "stuck" and I cant take them of. Sound pretty stupid maybe but I cant. 

 

I uploaded a picture of the screws.
