question about ULPS

so i have ULPS enabled on my 2 GPUs and when i finish playing my game the second GPU turns off including the fans like normal... surly going from 70C to no cooling is not good for it or will it not being on cool it down quicker?

l Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.5Ghz l Asus VII Ranger ROG l MSI GTX 970 @ 1555MHz l
