Hey guys,

Thinking about a weird customer service experience with MSI made me start this thread to see if anyone else has had similar experiences of their own in the past.

Basically, I had discovered that my MSI Z77A-GD55 motherboard was faulty, so I RMA'd it. Later on, we get an e-mail from MSI saying that it was damaged and scratched to shit and we did it, so we had 30 days to ask for it back or they were going to bin it.

Of course, I didn't damage it whatsoever, so I reply and this escalates to management who give me a free replacement as a gesture of goodwill.

Anything like this happen to anyone of you guys?
