Edit: It's up, if you want it to be cheaper then ditch the sdd, and get a r9 290

This would work well a few changes I would make though are

add a proper SSD and a hard drive

get a 290 instead of a 780 

and possibly get a lower PSU unless you plan to SLI/Crossfire

Anyone building a gaming PC these days needs an SSD. Trust me, it'll be worth it.
