Having problems with case fans.

I built this computer about a week ago and about an hour ago the rear chassis fan randomly stopped spinning I shut it down and checked if it was in tightly,it seemed to be so I restarted and it is spinning now?

I have noticed my PC is also quite loud even tough all of the components are relatively new:

Mobo:Asus Maximus VI

Case:Corsair Graphite 230t

CPU cooler:Cooler Mater hyper 212 evo

cpu: Intel i7 4770k

It could be nothing but I downloaded speedfan and here are its readings...(coretemp aswell)

i know i'm not helping you but i gotta ask where did you get ur core temp gadget ? because the ones i find on google i cant install for some reason.

Fan speeds seems normal. Have you tweaked fan controls from BIOS? I have this issue with mine that tweaking settings with 3pin fans connected. But if you haven't done anything, it might be fan thats failing. And yes, even new fans can fail.
